How to make Crock Pot Pork Roast:

Start with a 4-5 lb. boneless pork loin roast. I like to trim the excess fat from the pork before cooking it.

Season the pork liberally with salt and pepper on both sides. Brown the meat in a skillet on all sides, and then transfer to a slow cooker.

My slow cooker has a searing function, so I just brown the meat directly in the Crock Pot. This saves an extra step and gives me one less pan to wash!

No, you do NOT need to add water to the Crock Pot. The pork roast marinade provides more than enough liquid to keep the meat nice and juicy while it slowly cooks all day!

How long does pork cook in the Crock Pot?
